.The Holmelea is situated a few steps away from the sea front ,inbetween the central and south piers so close to all amenities.

As you come of the motorway M55 at the big roundabout with the metal statue thing on it, take the second exit on the left down Yeadon Way.
Follow this road till the end , take second left at the mini roundabout near the garage , carry on, you will see Aldi in front of you , take second left again follow the road round to the lights.
Turn left at the lights (signed to sea front)
. At the lights turn right onto Lytham Road , drive 200 yards and look for the big Catholic church on your left and turn imediate left onto Crystal Road.
You will find us half way down on the right,
As for parking, as you drive down our road u will find a pay and display car-park directly opposite Holmelea
,otherwise try to nab a spot on the road,

All bookings require £10 deposit none returnable per person to secure the room

Parties need to pay in full 2 weeks before date of arrival ,

To save any costs incurred by people not turning up .
